It was a busy week at the Rosslyn Park Sevens for all involved, but what a brilliant week it was. At the beginning of the week the weather was on everyone's side, but by Friday the British weather caused the pitches to become a mud bath, not that it dampened spirits any!
The Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens is the world's largest rugby tournament, with over 7,000 boys and girls aged 13-18 competing all week, and everyone involved gave their all.
We were very proud to be involved in such a prestigious tournament and got to meet lots of great people over the course of the week.
After five days of competition the eventual winners were:
Preparatory Schools Winner – Caldicott Prep
Junior Schools Winner – Abingdon School
Colts Winner – Reigate Grammar School
Festival Winner – Stowe School
Open Winner – Wellington College
Girls Winner – Amman Valley School
