Weekend Customer Advisor – Self Storage
Job Type: Part-time
Hours of work: Saturdays 9am till 5pm with 1h lunch break, Sundays 10am till 3pm.
Due to expansion, we have a vacancy for a Weekend Customer Advisor to provide cover within our self-storage operation alternating between Twickenham and Richmond. This role requires flexibility to cover for holiday and sickness.
You will be working every Saturday and Sunday.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring company profitability through the provision of continuous sales activities, excellent customer service and a high level of organisational skills. We are looking for someone with the ability and drive to make a difference, demonstrating a high level of commitment to customer care values and presenting a professional image at all times.
You must be customer focused and flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good numeracy skills and possess a genuine interest in sales.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in all aspects of running and developing the self storage business by achieving targets in the sales of our units and merchandising and providing every customer with an outstanding service.
Applicants must have a good level of general education including Maths and English and be IT literate with practical experience of working within a customer service environment.
Previous experience would be an advantage.
