This leading Multi Franchise Dealer Group requires an experienced B2B Fleet Sales Executive for this field based role at their dealership in Twickenham. You must have a full UK Driving Licence & B2B sales experience – please do not apply if you don’t have this.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
The role of B2B Fleet Sales Executive is to identify and develop business prospects with the aim of maximising sales and profitability from selling fleet vehicles and finance packages. As a B2B Fleet Sales Executive you will:

* Plan and organise own daily selling activity by prospecting to win new business, arranging appointments and delivering sales presentations.
* Ensure that maximum profit is achieved from sales of fleet vehicles and accessories in accordance with Company policies.
* Achieve and maintain a good working relationship with customers, fleet owners / users and manufacturers.
* Manage and maintain an accurate and up to date prospecting system and ensure that this data is being correctly captured and followed up.
* Ensure all documentation relating to the sales of fleet vehicles / handover of vehicles sold is completed according to departmental procedures.
* Produce quotes and agree finance arrangements where required.

Skills & Attributes
For the role of B2B Fleet Sales Executive you will need:

* Practical experience of working in a Business to Business Sales environment
* Of working to Sales targets in a customer focused environment
* Production of PowerPoint presentations
* Can demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer care values when dealing with internal and external customers
* Presents a professional image at all times particularly in communicating with prospective customers
* Self Motivated / Activity Driven
* Have a commitment to self-development and continuous improvement
* Excellent diary management

* Communicates effectively verbally and in writing with all customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with a wide range of people
* Ability to use questioning and interview techniques to gain information
* Ability to use language and information in accordance with a mixed audience’s needs

The Person
For the role of B2B Fleet Sales Executive we are looking for someone who:

* Has previous Business to Business Sales Background
* Displays excellent Presentation / Negotiation Skills
* Is motivated to prospect in order to develop new business
* Can plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Is proactive and can think creatively

For the role of B2B Fleet Sales Executive there is on offer a competitive basic salary with high OTE potential. You will also receive a Company Car.
