The 4 day Bank Holiday weekend is nearly here, and we cannot wait! With Easter just round the corner, we have pulled up a list of activities happening in the local area that families can get involved in.
Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt at Ham House – Saturday 6th to Monday 22nd April
Visit Ham House and Garden between Sat 6 - Mon 22 Apr to take part in the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt. Cadbury have hidden 10 feathers of the birds which live in and around the garden at Ham House. Can you find all of them to claim your egg reward? It is £3 to enter the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt that will run between 10am and 5pm.
There will be many other fun activities across Ham House and Garden between this period, such as arts and crafts and an egg and spoon race.
Garden Easter Trail 2019 at Strawberry Hill House & Garden – Sunday 21th and Monday 22nd April.
Strawberry Hill Garden is hosting a Walpole Explorer Egg Hunt over Easter Sunday and Monday. Find and collect all the stamps in this hunt to win a tasty chocolatey prize! To enter you will have to pay £2 on the door and there is no booking required.
Easter at Kew Gardens – Saturday 6th to Monday 22nd April
From storytelling to creative workshops, enjoy fun activities at Kew This Easter. There are a number of exciting activities to choose to take part this over the Easter period at Kew Gardens. Decorate ornaments with UV pens and learn all about how light and colour spectrums help plants grow. Plant your own seeds to take home and watch grow. Normal admission charges apply.
Easter Family Fun Day at Kempton Park Racecourse – 20th April
Take the family to Kempton Park Racecourse on the 20th April and enjoy the exciting on track action and free entertainment for the kids. Entertainment includes stilt Walkers & entertainers, Arts and crafts, Soft Play, K9 Quackers – duck & dog display and much more. General admissions charges apply, children under 18 are free when accompanied by an adult.
The Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace – Saturday 6th to Monday 22nd April
Take your family back in time and join in the hunt around the home and gardens of Henry VIII. Pick up the Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt trail map when you arrive at the palace and follow the clues on the trail to find the golden bunny statues around the palace and the garden. Solve the challenges to win your delicious Lindt Gold Bunny chocolate reward! Normal Admissions apply.
Easter Hunt at Morden Hall Park – Friday 19th to Monday 22nd April
Visit Morden Hall Park this Easter bank holiday weekend for some Easter fun and frolics for all the family to enjoy. Take a nature challenge and search all across the park for clues that will lead you to the Bunny's secret stash of chocolate. To join the fun it will be £4.50 per hunt with no need to book. 50p off if you travel to the park by bike and use our event bike parking.
