The Role & Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service whilst ensuring customers are aware of all the available products and services within the Service Department. You’ll be booking and scheduling service and repair work, keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, advising them of completion times or any delays and quickly responding to any questions or queries. As Service Bookings Advisor, duties will include:
Making outbound calls, taking service bookings and inputting on reservation system.
Receive customers, discuss, identify and progress routine service and repair requirements.
Promote the sale of service and accessories.
To ensure that any delay in the completion of work is reported to the customer.
To accurately cost all invoices for payment.
Accept payments for work according
Ensure that all clerical functions within the reception department are carried out.
Whilst experience in the motor trade could be an advantage, for the role of Service Bookings Advisor our client is more interested in meeting enthusiastic individuals who has bags of energy, is very customer focused and will bring a great work ethic.
To be successful for this role you will need:
Previous experience in Customer Liaison / Reservations / making bookings - essential
A polite and friendly personality
Ability to work well under pressure
Exceptional communication skills
A strong focus on customer satisfaction
Good administration and organisation skills
Ability to negotiate and influence situations
Full Driving Licence
For the role of Service Bookings Advisor there is on offer a good basic salary with an excellent commission package . Working Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday & 8.00 – 1.00pm on Saturday rota (1 in 3).
