Due to expansion we have vacancies for two Customer Advisors within our self storage branches in Isleworth and Richmond.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring company profitability through the provision of continuous sales activities, excellent customer service and a high level of organisational management. We are looking for a self-starter, with the ability and drive to make a difference, demonstrating a high level of commitment to customer care values and presenting a professional image at all times.
You must be customer focused and flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good numeracy skills and possess a genuine interest in sales.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in all aspects of running and developing the self storage business by achieving targets in the sales of our units and merchandising and providing every customer with an outstanding service.
Briefly the role involves;
Answering all telephone enquiries efficiently and satisfactorily.
Advising customers of cost and services, both on the telephone and in person.
Showing potential customers around the premises
Up selling storage products and services including cold calling
Preparing customer contracts
Sending mail merges
Collating customer details and maintain database
General housekeeping ensuring the premises are kept neat and tidy
The Isleworth business operates 6 days per week Monday to Saturday, and will require applicant to work 40 hours per week between 9am – 6pm with one late night until 7pm. This role involves some lone working and weekend work, on a rota basis.
The Richmond business operates 7 days per week Monday to Sunday, and will require applicant to work 40 hours per week between 9am – 6pm. The role involves some lone working and weekend work on a rota basis.
You must live 30 minutes travelling time from the branch and hold a full driving licence.
Previous experience would be an advantage.
Applicants must have a good level of general education including Maths and English and be IT literate with practical experience of working within a customer service environment.
